Shurat HaDin: Mazuz Afraid of the Wakf

(IsraelNN.com) The Shurat HaDin legal group plans to file a plea to the Supreme Court on Monday asking that Attorney General Menachem Mazuz be forced to stop blocking a complaint against the Muslim Wakf. The Wakf is in control of the Temple Mount. Over 150 Israelis have filed suit against the Wakf for allegedly destroying artifacts on the Temple Mount and conducting illegal construction work in the area.
Members of Shurat HaDin argued Monday that Mazuz was preventing the suit due to his own fear of the Wakf. "We plan to send the racist Muslim leadership to jail for the crime of destroying Jewish artifacts on the Temple Mount," they said, "And if the Attorney General does not have the courage to do this himself Ñ he should at least not get in our way."
