J'lem posters call for 3rd Temple

By ABE SELIG

Posters leaving out Al Aksa mosque plastered on buses with e. Jerusalem routes.

While tensions continue to simmer around the Temple Mount after riots in and around the capital’s Old City earlier this month, a new campaign calling for the construction of the Third Temple atop the holy site has made its way to the sides of 200 Egged buses in the city, which now sport posters featuring a picture of a rebuilt temple on the Mount, and nothing else.

The posters, which contain the phrase, “May the Bais Hamikdosh [holy temple] be rebuilt speedily and within our days,” were sponsored by the Our Land of Israel group, which is led by Rabbi Shalom Dov Volpo and activist Baruch Marzel, leave out the site’s current structures – namely the the Aksa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock.

The campaign’s organizers chose to plaster the posters on buses whose routes take them through predominately Arab neighborhoods of east Jerusalem.

With regards to the campaign, Volpo said Israel is waiting breathlessly for the coming of the messiah and the rebuilding of the temple.

“The Arabs and President Obama know that the Temple will be built on the Temple Mount,” he said. “Instead of the temporary buildings that are there today.”

Speaking to The Jerusalem Post on Sunday, Marzel said it was no mistake that the Islamic shrines were left out of the picture...

Both the Bible and history reveal Jerusalem's holiest site is the TEMPLE Mount, not the mosque hill. It's past time the Jews and Israelis prove they're serious about their claims to a united Jerusalem forever and remove the foreign objects that presently pollute and occupy the Temple Mount and build the Third Temple.

The Temple Mount is meant to host the "House of Prayer for All Peoples" who seek to worship the God of Jacob.

Let the Zionists reclaim Judaism's holiest site and stake their claim to Jerusalem by removing the Arab threat and restore the Temple Mount as the Temple Mount.

Will the pope act like Belshazzar or Cyrus?
Will Rome learn from history and receive instruction from the Bible or harden their hearts and be destroyed like pharaoh and Babylon?

A House of Prayer For All Peoples?
Jewish guards prevent Christians and Jews from exercising their religious right to pray on the Temple Mount? That's right! Only Muslims have unlimited access to Judaism's most holy site. Only the Koran is permitted within. The Tanach (Jewish Scripture, known to much of the world as the "Old Testament") and Christian Scriptures (the New Testament) are forbidden. Yet Israel claims to respect the religious rights of all people.

Major Upheaval in Israel?
Will an EARTHQUAKE shake Israel to its foundations and rock the world? Would the destruction of the Western/Wailing Wall and the demolition of the "Dome of the Rock" and Al-Aksa mosques—by an ACT OF GOD—serve further notice that it's time to build the Temple?

Third Temple Coming Soon to Jerusalem!
"And let them make me a Sanctuary that I may dwell among them" (Ex. 25:8). This holy command in the Scriptures seems clear enough, so what's the problem? Why has Israel tolerated Jerusalem’s "abomination of desolation" — a Temple Mount without a Temple? Why haven't the religious leaders encouraged the people to do what they can in fulfilling this mitzva?

The Temple of God in Holy Jerusalem
Paul, speaking of the imminent Third Temple, the holy TEMPLE OF GOD (the Temple of God - not just of the Jews or any other conspiracy theory that contradicts Scripture), that Europe's wannabe divine emperor will pollute, coveting it since Satan knows (even if some religious folks don't) it is the TEMPLE OF GOD...

Jews Must Demand Rights to Temple Mount
During a 1995 Root and Branch lecture in Jerusalem, Professor Nahum Rakover, author and then Deputy Attorney General of Israel, publicly agreed with me that it isn't illegal for Christians or Jews to pray upon the Temple Mount, even though it is forcibly prevented by the police.

The Issue of the Temple Mount
The common knowledge of our time is that the vast majority of Rabbis of this generation have prohibited the Jewish people from entering the Temple Mount (Har HaBayit), the holiest site in Judaism. The Temple Mount is the site of where the Beit HaMikdash (the Jewish Temple) once stood and the place where the Moslems have erected one mosque, the al-Aqsa and a site of pilgrimage, the Dome of the Rock.

Restore Israeli Sovereignty Over Temple Mount
The Wakf, the militant Muslim authority that oversees Jerusalem's Temple Mount, Judaism's holiest site and Islam's alleged third holiest site (following Mecca and Medina) continue to show blatant disregard for Jewish, Christian and biblical history and non-Muslim sensitivities.

Where's the Temple On the Temple Mount?
Something's missing. Rome is synonymous with the Vatican, Mecca with the Kaaba, and Jerusalem's known for its Western Wall. But why should we stand before the wall, letting it obstruct our vision, when we could be praying in a Temple? Why should Jews continue to bow before an illegitimate Gentile decree that tells them where to pray? (Isaiah 10:1).

The Vatican Must Return the Temple Treasures
The Jews have prayed for 2,000 years to again see the Temple upon the Temple Mount. It's past time for prayers alone: ACTION is necessary to put faith into practice!

G-d Doesn't Listen to Jewish Prayers at the Western Wall
Gershon Salomon warned Israel and its leadership that as long as the shameful situation on the Temple Mount continues, and as long as they do not obey the call of G-d, peace will not come to the land. The enemies of Israel will continue to desire her land and will pressure those in power to divide it. Obedience to the call of G-d will bring peace, all of Israel's enemies will be removed and no one will wish to divide or desire the land.

Why Edward Abington, Jr. Must Be Investigated!
"The American Diplomat in Arafat's Corner," published in The Jerusalem Report, came as no surprise to me. It was referring to Edward Abington, Jr., the United States' former consul general in Jerusalem who is now "guiding the Palestinians through the labyrinths of Washington. And his firm is being paid $2.25 million for his expertise."

Israel's Unjust Deportation of David Ben-Ariel
As a Christian-American member of the Temple Mount Faithful Movement, I had been privileged to participate in their legal demonstrations during my 10-month stay in Jerusalem awaiting dual citizenship. Israeli television often showed me with my Jewish friends carrying Israeli flags throughout the Old City.

Blow Up the Mosques or An Expired Visa?
Once again, an attempt to spread DISinformation about my unjust deportation from Israel, only provides me with another opportunity to clearly state my case and continue to highlight the plight of the Temple Mount suffering under a Nazi-Muslim occupation...

From Toledo to Jerusalem
You could say I have a God-given love for the Jews and the nation of Israel (Isaiah 62:6-7). That sacred bond has been strengthened over the years by the fact that I've been blessed to have lived all over Israel, getting to know its land and people quite well.

Dangerous Ideas?
During my brief appearance before Israel's High Court, the prosecution charged that I hold "dangerous ideas." I suppose the short-sighted prosecution would ban the Bible if he could since it contains the "dangerous ideas" that millions believe in! What are those "dangerous ideas?"

American Detained in Jerusalem's Russian Compound
Nobody arrested me. I was detained when I faithfully reported to the police office at 9 a.m. Monday morning, January 9, 1996 (day before my birthday) the day after The Jerusalem Post published on their front page an article shedding light on what they were doing in the dark: "GSS Seeks to Deport American Citizen for Plot to Blow Up Al Aksa Mosque."

The Resurrection Was Not on Easter Sunday!

Millions of professing Christians gather for Easter sunrise services every year. Even many who rarely go to church at any other time will attend worship services at the church of their choice on Easter Sunday. But did you know that the Good Friday-Easter tradition actually denies the only sign that Jesus offered the religious leaders of His day to prove His Messiahship? Incredible as that statement may seem, it is true—and you can prove it!

Chag Pesach Sameach!

When Israel left Egypt,
the house of Yaakov left a people of a strange tongue,
Yehudah became His holy nation, Israel His dominion.
The sea saw and fled; the Jordan turned backward.
The mountains danced like rams, hills like young sheep.
What frightens you, O sea, that you flee? O Jordan, that you turn backward?
You mountains, that you dance like rams; you hills, like young sheep?
From before the Master, Who created the earth, from before the G-d of Yaakov,
Who transforms the rock into a pond of water, the flint into a fountain of water.

(Psalm 114, from the Hallel praises recited at the Passover Seder)

Public Invited to Seek Temple-Time Artifacts

by Maayana Miskin
(IsraelNN.com) Jewish community leaders from the "City of David" (Ir David) in Jerusalem are inviting the general public to take part in a unique Passover activity – searching for ancient artifacts in rubble removed from the Temple Mount. "City of David" spokesman Udi Ragones discussed the project with Arutz Sheva's Hebrew-language news service.

Passover for Christians

The Passover Memorial
When did God decree that Jesus could declare "it is finished" and die on the stake? Why at the very same time that THE JEWS were sacrificing their Passover lambs at the Temple! The Jews had always killed the Passover lambs during the final hours of the 14th. It was towards the end of the 14th, not at the beginning of the 14th, that the Passover lambs were killed.

GODDESS EASTER PIMPED BY CHRISTIANS!

Does your Church honor the goddess Easter?

"Why do you perpetuate pagan fertility symbols of rabbits and eggs and don't have anything for Passover? No little lambs, nothing. John the Baptist called Jesus the 'Lamb of God' - not the Easter bunny!" - so I wrote a popular family restaurant about their country store (see The Big Lie of Easter). I could have just as easily written another popular down on the farm restaurant questioning why they're disrespectfully offering Easter ham when the Bible strongly expresses its distaste for such an abomination that Jesus and the apostles never ate and the Scriptures forbid (see Is All Animal Flesh Good Food?).

If you walk into any store or restaurant at this time of year, you quickly see how the pagan Easter rabbit has supplanted the Passover lamb. A myth has replaced the truth!  It's totally absurd and illogical as both the Bible and history condemn Easter as a spring goddess and yet these professing Christian churches aren't ashamed to blazon the name of the GODDESS EASTER on their church billboards! Would they also advertise Venus or Ishtar? Are they all asleep in the pews? Don't their ministers have a clue? God says the names  of these pagan gods and goddesses will be history and yet they're kept alive by apostate Christian ministers! "For I will take from her mouth the names of the Baals [false gods], And they shall be remembered by their name no more" (Hosea 2:17). Who are they serving? Certainly not our Great Creator God, the God of the Bible, the God of Jacob.

How can any professing Christian not take offense at this baptized paganism, these whitewashed heathen customs that mislead the masses? Shame on those (especially the worthless ministers) who continue to let folks get carried away with idolatrous traditions rather than set them free with the plain truth!

"How can you say, ‘I am not polluted, I have not gone after the Baals'?" (Jeremiah 2:23). You advertise the GODDESS EASTER with your Easter Egg Hunt, your Easter Egg Roll, your Easter ham, your Easter Sunday. Others pimp Easter and her fertility symbols of rabbits and eggs with Easter Egg trees and Easter decorations. We're a nation of spiritual drunks and whores in denial, whoring around with pagan gods and goddesses, going through the mindless motions of pagan traditions and flirting with heathen customs and we see nothing wrong with it since we're deaf, dumb and blind (Isaiah 42:19).

Such Easter "offerings" based upon colorful fables certainly aren't acceptable or cute to God ( 2 Timothy 4:3-5). “Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? No! They were not at all ashamed nor did they know how to blush. Therefore they shall fall among those who fall [the slain] at the time I punish them..." (Jeremiah 6:15). Traditional Christianity, like an adulterous woman, "…eats and wipes her mouth, and says, ‘I have done no wickedness...'" (Prov. 30:20).

Sin that's been dressed up, camouflaged, made to appear harmless, is still sin in God's eyes and He hates the mass religious deception that has been going on for too long and will hold the nation accountable for living a lie and promoting whitewashed paganism. The rotten ministers who have failed to stand in the gap, to expose such error and call upon the people to turn from such vain traditions, are especially guilty (Ezekiel 22:30-31).

Hosea 4:6
6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest [minister] for Me; Because you have forgotten the law of your God [that you may keep your own traditions], I also will forget your children.

It's past time we remember our Hebrew roots and biblical responsibilities and return to the Faith once delivered - the Faith that focuses on the Lamb of God and keeps Passover - and stop mixing pagan error with biblical truth (spiritual adultery). We must serve the God of Israel wholeheartedly as Elijah encouraged (when he mocked Baal and Easter) or go into national captivity like Israel did who failed to take God's Word seriously! What will it be: return to the Faith once delivered or return to slavery?

Making Haste

"And this is how you shall eat it: your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and you shall eat it in haste, it is a Passover offering to HaShem."
(Exodus 12:11)
Nisan 11, 5770/March 26, 2010

"Haste makes waste." That's what they tell us. And we tend to accept this as axiomatic. But is it necessarily true? Torah tells us otherwise. Torah tells us that haste is an essential ingredient of the redemptive process. Our forefathers seized the opportunity which G-d created for them and left Egypt in great haste. This need for haste was eternalized by the Torah commandment for all generations for each family of Israel to prepare a lamb for a korban Pesach - Passover offering - make a pilgrimage to Jerusalem, slaughter the lamb within the Holy Temple courtyard, roast the lamb in Jerusalem, and eat the lamb in its entirety before midnight. This process of haste could, in many cases, extend over two weeks time, beginning with the pilgrimage preparations, and concluding, in an ever greater sense of haste, with the eating of the lamb. Since the destruction of the Holy Temple, from which point in time the korban Pesach has not been offered, this sense of urgency has been embodied by the intense Passover preparations made in each individual home, often exhausting, often conducted right to the last minute, and concluding with the Passover Seder, again, which must be concluded by midnight.

Why did G-d insist that the children of Israel eat the Passover offering in haste? After all, G-d planned and carried out every detail of the exodus from Egypt, beginning with His first call to Moshe, continuing throughout the ten plagues, and concluding with the korban Pesach and the midnight escape. Nothing was left to chance. Why the last-minute rush?

"Haste makes waste." Indeed. But "he who hesitates is lost":

"They baked the dough that they had taken out of Egypt as unleavened cakes, for it had not leavened, for they were driven out of Egypt, and they could not tarry, and also, they had not made provisions for themselves." (Exodus 12:39)

The "haste" (chipazon) described in verse eleven has now been modified to "could not tarry." A more accurate translation would be, "could not hesitate." The very word used, le-hit-ma-me-ah, with its repetitive ma-me implies uncertainty, repeating instead of moving forward. What was described earlier as haste, is not a waste-making haste, but an undeniable, almost unbearable urgency.

"The gates of repentance are always open to all who seek to enter." Another axiom. The opportunity for redemption - ge-ula - is also always at hand - for those who seek it urgently, for those who are willing discard their appointment books and personal calendars, jettison their vacation plans, reorder their priorities, and make all holy haste to grab it. When the sense of urgency is upon us, when ge-ula is for us the only option, so compelling that we are "unable to hesitate," then redemption is ours for the taking.

We are instructed that to properly observe the Passover holiday, we must see ourselves as having personally left Egypt. We do this by reliving the urgent sense of haste and unshakable resolve which, in the end, after each of the ten plagues had been visited upon Egypt, was the decisive factor in our escape from slavery and transformation into free men. With our loins girded, our shoes on our feet, and our staff in our hands, we stand again today, ready to turn our lives upside-down and inside-out, whatever it takes, to seize the moment, and bring on the redemption.

Temple TalkTune in to this week's Temple Talk as Rabbi Chaim Richman and Yitzchak Reuven get ready for Passover... that is, as best as they can, without the most important ingredient of all, the Passover offering in the Holy Temple. How can we tolerate another Passover going by without Israel appearing before G-d in the Holy Temple, as instructed? The Passover offering is not only the main aspect of the holiday; it is an experience and Divine commandment which is intrinsically bound up with the very identity of the people of Israel.

The Rabbi & Yitzchak will be busy celebrating their freedom next week and will not be hosting a new Temple Talk until Tuesday, April 6.

Pagan Easter Egg Roll

Ban the White House's Pagan Easter Egg Roll!

Obama Excludes Private and Catholic School Children From Easter Egg Roll Ticket Giveaway

(CNSNews.com) – The Obama administration announced on Tuesday it has reserved 3,000 free tickets to the annual White House Easter Egg Roll for students in D.C.-area public and charter schools, but not for children who attend private or parochial schools.

The pagan fertility rites of an Easter Egg Roll have no place upon the lawn of the White House in this professing Christian nation. Easter - a pagan goddess - and her fertility symbols of rabbits and eggs are a disgrace. Besides, who is paying for the "live music, sports courts, storytelling, egg rolling – and cooking stations" - American taxpayers? I'm a Christian and I certainly don't want a single red cent going toward these heathen customs God hates as an an abomination. We should teach our children to avoid such whitewashed pagan practices like the plague - not mislead and deceive them that such unclean things are harmless, especially in light of the Bible and history that prove otherwise.

The Big Lie of Easter
"Why do you perpetuate pagan fertility symbols of rabbits and eggs and don't have anything for Passover? No little lambs, nothing. John the Baptist called Jesus the 'Lamb of God' - not the Easter bunny!" - so I wrote a popular family restaurant about their country store and was informed they received my email and would respond.

The Plain Truth About Easter
Has it ever occurred to those stuffing their faces with Easter ham that Jesus would puke at the thought? Neither Jesus or Peter, James or John ever ate forbidden foods. They wouldn't feel too comfortable at plenty of people's dinner tables.

Easter or Passover: Which Is Christian?
Many believe that God's endorsement of Passover ended with Christ's death—and that He has since replaced it with the observance of Easter as a celebration of Christ's resurrection. But is that so?

Pagan fertility symbols of rabbits and eggs...

The Big Lie of Easter
by David Ben-Ariel

"Why do you perpetuate pagan fertility symbols of rabbits and eggs and don't have anything for Passover? No little lambs, nothing. John the Baptist called Jesus the 'Lamb of God' - not the Easter bunny!" - so I wrote a popular family restaurant about their country store and was informed they received my email and would respond.

How many folks actually stop and THINK? How many question why the focus is on an Easter bunny and not on the Passover Lamb? Why have professing Christians enabled this deliberate diversion and deception? Where has the outrage been among those who profess to love the Lord when they see society swept away with hare-brained traditions? Why the tacit approval by deathly silence and default?

You will find people celebrating Passover throughout the Bible, including Jesus. But you won't find people celebrating Easter. The word Easter comes from an ancient fertility goddess. It's spelled in different ways but usually pronounced "Easter" or something like it. For instance, the Babylonians called her Ishtar. The Phoenicians worshipped their goddess Astarte. The Germans had Ostara. The Hebrews called her Ashtoreth. This is all the same goddess, and God condemned the Israelites for having anything to do with this pagan goddess of fertility and the dawn. - Shocked by the Bible
How can a Christian nation have anything to do with a pagan goddess? With the fertility symbols of rabbits and eggs long associated with Easter and exposed by history and condemned by the Bible? Any observance of Easter is as impudent as a whore who feels no shame for her sins.

Those who dishonestly continue to partake of Easter's modified pagan practices, its whitewashed heathen customs, are guilty of spiritual adultery! Such perverse Christians are whoring around with foreign gods and goddesses and undoubtedly will incur the wrath of God upon our nation of drunks and whores and illegitimate children (who have been sacrificed to demons rather than consecrated to God).

“Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? No! They were not at all ashamed nor did they know how to blush. Therefore they shall fall among those who fall [the slain] at the time I punish them, they shall be cast down, says the LORD” (Jeremiah 6:15).

Traditional Christianity, like an adulterous woman, "…eats and wipes her mouth, and says, ‘I have done no wickedness...'" (Prov. 30:20).

God let ancient Israel and Judah suffer NATIONAL DEFEAT, DESTRUCTION AND DEPORTATION due to their "harmless" religious celebrations! Has God changed His mind? Isn't Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today and forever?

God condemns our countries for IDOLATRY — not just for immorality! Easter is both immoral and idolatrous, as are those worthless ministers who have let Easter take root and defile our land with its pagan pollutions. It is idolatry when religious folks continue to put pagan Easter above Passover (that the early Church of God faithfully observed), when they continue to pimp traditional religious lies of a "Sunday resurrection"  - even though the plain truth of the Bible teaches: "After the women rested on the regular weekly Sabbath, they went to Jesus' tomb early on the first day of the week (Sunday), "while it was still dark" (John 20:1), and found that He had already been resurrected (Matthew 28:1-6; Mark 16:2-6; Luke 24:1-3)"- Easter: Masking a Biblical Truth .

Easter's not harmless; engaging in pagan practices like dying eggs and mindlessly decorating trees with eggs and eating Easter ham (an abomination!)  is showing extreme disrespect to our Great Creator God, the God of the Bible, the God of Israel who thunders:

Jeremiah 10
2 Do not learn the way of the Gentiles...

Why not keep it simple and love and obey God and do as He says rather than blind tradition dictates? If not, stop calling yourself a Christian nation and be honest enough to admit you're a pagan nation and prepare to suffer the consequences!

German-Jesuit jackboot to stomp Jerusalem

PM sparks Germany's anger in latest East Jerusalem construction spat

By Barak Ravid

During the crisis between Israel and the U.S. administration last week, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu managed to anger German Chancellor Angela Merkel, too, after his office gave the media details of a phone conversation between the two leaders on construction in East Jerusalem. Merkel said that Netanyahu had "used" her and undermined her trust in him.

Merkel and Netanyahu spoke last Saturday, several hours after the phone call in which U.S. Secretary State Hillary Clinton reprimanded the prime minister. A senior German source who requested anonymity said Merkel had called Netanyahu after a request from the White House. The Americans requested her involvement to stress that it was not only the United States that disagreed with the construction in East Jerusalem's Ramat Shlomo neighborhood.

************

Anybody who thinks Merkel or Germany are truly friends or allies of Israel is woefully ignorant of the Bible and history. The final revival of the unholy Roman Empire is being forged in Europe today and it will wage a New Crusade under the guise of peace and brutally betray both Arabs and Jews.

Jews to offer biblical Passover sacrifice

Temple Institute wants to Offer Biblical Passover Sacrifice

by Maayana Miskin

(IsraelNN.com) The Temple Mount Institute has filed suit in its fight for the right to sacrifice a sheep on the Temple Mount prior to Passover, as commanded in the Torah.

"The command to perform a Paschal [Passover] sacrifice is a positive commandment; the punishment for failing to perform it is 'karet' [lit. -- 'cut off', meaning that a person is cut off from the Nation of Israel], and it can be performed only on the day before Passover and only on the Temple Mount,” the organization explained in a petition to the Supreme Court. Fighting the group's request are the Israel Police, who argue that the sacrifice would lead to Muslim riots and thus threaten public safety.

Jews have the right to offer animal sacrifices on the Temple Mount under Israeli law, the organization claimed. Israelis are guaranteed the right to freedom of worship, and Israel prides itself in allowing members of all faiths to access their holy sites...

If Israel were run by self-respecting Jews, they would immediately instruct their military and police officials to remove the threat the Nazi Muslims clearly present to Jews and Christians. The hateful Arabs discriminate against all non-Muslims daily upon the TEMPLE Mount, contrary to Israel's much vaunted claims of "freedom of access" for all to religious sites.

It's past time the Passover sacrifice is performed. We know the foreign objects are destined to be history and the Temple Mount restored as the Temple Mount, a House of Prayer for All Peoples who seek to worship the God of Jacob and bring sacrifice. So be it. Let it begin!

Traditional Christian iniquity and idolatry

"No hunting on Sunday"

#41. To: Don (#39)

Armstrong was a false prophet.

Knee-jerk response from one stuck in the muck of Babylon, like typical spiritual drunks and whores who remain in denial, counterfeit Christians who refuse to repent of their SUNday-keeping Cult of Constantine, who prefer idolatrous traditions over the plain truth of the Bible that Herbert W. Armstrong faithfully taught.

Both the Bible and history condemn "Christian" idolatry and "Christian" iniquity.

1 Samuel 15
23 For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, And stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the LORD, He also has rejected you...

Revelation 21
8 But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death" (the real Hell that will destroy the unrepentant - not torment them like a sadist).

Traditional Christian dishonesty is appalling and the deceit of counterfeit Christianity is repulsive, and proves such unclean Christians, Christian reprobates, are as much or more of religious liars, children of the Devil, murderous members of the Synagogue of Satan, as those who set Yahshua up and Stephen and Paul with false accusations - religious people lying through their teeth to keep their traditions because they hate the plain truth! Nothing new under the sun.

Herbert Armstrong was not a false prophet!

Apostate Christians make it abundantly clear they don't want their darkness disturbed by the facts, as both the Bible and history testify as two witnesses and condemn your traditional Christianity as baptized paganism, whitewashed heathen custons and doctrines of demons, but for the sake of others, others who are honest seekers of truth like the noble Bereans, who really hunger and thirst to know what the Bible really teaches on this or that subject and who don't get hung up on who God chooses to use to deliver the message of truth, I take the time to respond knowing some will be set free from the traditional bondage your unclean kind enjoy and will suffer the consequences for, having been more than warned to FORSAKE BABYLON.

Mark 7
"Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you hypocrites; as it is written: " 'These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. 7They worship me in vain; their teachings are but rules taught by men.' 8You have let go of the commands of God and are holding on to the traditions of men."

9And he said to them: "You have a fine way of setting aside the commands of God in order to observe your own traditions!... 13Thus you nullify the word of God by your tradition that you have handed down. And you do many things like that."

"A Sweet Savor to HaShem"

(Leviticus 1:9)
Nisan 3, 5770/March 18, 2010

Some thousands of years, and two complete books of Torah later, the creation of the universe described in the very first verses of Genesis, is finally completed with the establishment and dedication of the Mishkan - Tabernacle. True, the opening description of the six days of creation is followed by Shabbat, "And G-d completed on the seventh day His work that He did," (Genesis 2:2) but the final piece, the beauty part so desired by G-d, was the Mishkan. Unsurprisingly then, the first day of the Divine service, (Rosh Chodesh Nisan), was the eighth day of the inaugural period of the Tabernacle. So it could be said that original seventh day, the one alluded to in Genesis, marked the beginning of the completion of G-d's creation, and that the eighth day in which the book of Leviticus opens, marks the conclusion of the completion of G-d's work, this time with the help of the children of Israel.

So now that G-d's wondrous creation is completed, now that the final details have all been attended to, what is it that He wants? What is G-d's pleasure?

"And its innards and its legs, he shall wash with water. Then, the kohen shall cause to [go up in] smoke all [of the animal] on the altar, as a burnt offering, a fire offering, [with] a sweet savor to the HaShem." (Leviticus 1:9)

Ahh... the sweet savor, the pleasing fragrance, of course! But what is the sweet savor? Certainly the purpose of creation and of our part in the universe is not simply to provide an open air barbecue for the pleasure of G-d? The great Torah commentator Rashi, in his inimitable terse and straightforward fashion, explains just what this sweet savor is, and by doing so, reveals to us the secret of all creation, nothing less:

"[G-d says]: nachat ruach - a deep sense of satisfaction and gratification, (related to reyach nicho-ach - sweet savor), is before me. [Why?] Because I have said so, and it has been done!"

G-d said, "bring Me an offering, (korban)," and we did so! His will was our will! Just as in those primordial days of creation, when G-d spoke and reality came into being, at last a perfect intimacy and alignment of desire and action, the human and the Divine, has occurred. Look no further: This is what G-d wants. This is why He created and this is why He placed man at the front and the center of His creation. That His will be done!

This is all well and good, but where does it leave us, the mass of people who don't quite get what it is about a korban, (offering), which is actually mekarev, (draws us close, from the same Hebrew word root as korban), to G-d? By answering one mystery, Rashi has plunged us deep into another: How do we begin to understand the power of the korban offering in the Holy Temple? Modern man especially, has great difficulty with the concept of the korbanot (offerings), being immersed in a culture with many notions concerning man and nature, the physical and the Divine, even life and death itself, that are anathema to the Torah perception of man's place in creation and before G-d. And certainly, living our lives bereft of the Divine service of the Holy Temple we are sorely missing the experience of korban, and Torah demands experience and action as necessary components of our intellectual and spiritual perception and well-being.

Yes, G-d created the pure animals not merely to provide man with flesh for food, and skins for cover and protection, and furs for warmth and beauty. Animals, too, have a spiritual purpose and destiny in G-d's world. And yes, the animals designated by Torah as being fit for the Temple service, have a substantive and sublimely meaningful part to play in the service of the korban. It is the spiritual integrity of the offering, (not its flesh), that is the catalyst that enables man to draw nearer, (lehikarev), to G-d. Just as G-d placed Adam in the garden of Eden, man is neither distant from G-d nor aloof from nature. But rather, man is the link that binds all creation together with G-d, and nowhere does he perform this sacred task more directly, more simply, or more profoundly that in the korban offering upon the altar of stone that stands before the Kodesh sanctuary of the Holy Temple.

The ruling catechism of modern society states that our world is a physical world, and nothing more, and that man's greatest aspirations are to fulfill and gratify his own physical nature. Rather than being at the top, front and center, between G-d and the natural world, modern man finds himself at the bottom. How different will our world look, when, having rebuilt the Holy Temple and reestablished the Divine service, man will find himself once again front and center, exactly where the Creator intended him to be, raising up and drawing both nature and himself nearer to G-d.

Temple TalkTune in to this week's special live two hour Temple Talk as Rabbi Chaim Richman and Yitzchak Reuven celebrated the First Annual International Temple Mount Awareness Day with old friends and new who called to identify with the sanctity of the Temple Mount and to demand unequivocally freedom of worship for all on Mount.

And what a day it was, with the American administration still in a big hissy-fit over the audacity of the government of Israel to continue to build homes for Jews, of all people, (they are people, aren't they?), in Jerusalem, the holy, eternal capital of Israel. Taking their cue from Joe, Hillary and Barack, local Arabs welcomed Temple Mount Awareness Day, and the reeducation of the Churva Synagogue, (twice destroyed by the Arabs), by rioting violently throughout the day. Meanwhile, Temple Mount Awareness Day went off without a hitch, despite the fact that the police closed the Mount, as anticipated, to all non-Moslems. In fact, it seems that the only people with their feet on the ground and with a true desire for peace in their hearts, are the thousands of people worldwide who took the opportunity to express their solidarity for the place where G-d chose for His presence to dwell.

International Temple Mount Awareness DayNEWS UPDATE: International Temple Mount Awareness Day: On the morning of March 16, Rosh Chodesh Nisan, the First Annual International Temple Mount Awareness Day, dozens of Jews and Gentiles gathered together at the foot of the Temple Mount in Jerusalem to ascend in reverence and prayer to the holy site. We were denied access by the police, who essentially caved in to Moslem incitement and violence... exactly the insidious pattern that we seek to change, and that the activities of this day were designed to call attention to. However, the crowd remained undaunted and, in a spirit of Temple renewal and activism, gathered around the newly built Golden Menorah to hear encouraging words of Torah wisdom from Rabbi Yisrael Ariel and Rabbi Chaim Richman. The impromtu ceremony concluded with a sanctification of the New Moon of Nisan, and joyous song. We have created a momentum and we will not stop here. I LOVE THE TEMPLE MOUNTWe take this opportunity to express our heartfelt thanks to all who participated in Temple Mount Awareness Day, both here in Israel, and across the globe. Thousands of emails and faxes were received at Prime Minister Netanyahu's office, demonstrations were held outside of Israeli consulates in several American cities, and a great buzz of excitement was created. We intend to follow up this day with other Temple Mount Awareness events in the future.

Parashat HashavuaAs we begin the book of Leviticus, (Vayikra), the third of the five books of Moses, the Torah gets down to the heart of the matter: The korbanot offerings made in the Tabernacle, (and the Holy Temple). These commandments which are difficult for us to understand and maybe even hard to warm up to, are, nevertheless, an expression of G-ds will, and a test of our faith in Him, and our desire to perform His will. International Temple Mount Awareness Day

"This month shall be to you the head of the months; to you it shall be the first of the months of the year." (Exodus 12:2)

It was on this day, Rosh Chodesh, the first day of the month of Nisan that the creator of the world, the G-d of Israel, conferred upon His children the ability and the responsibility to make change in the world, to perfect His creation. And it was on this day, one year later, that the Tabernacle was dedicated in the desert. The Holy Temple is the very jewel in the crown of G-d's creation, yet today the Temple Mount is desolate. The Holy Temple lies in ruins, and the Moslem Wakf has commandeered the Temple Mount, forbidding all but Moslems to approach the Mount freely and to raise their voices in prayer to G-d.

The Temple Institute has, along with other organizations, declared today, March 16, 2010, the first day of the month of Nisan, the month of our redemption from Egypt and the month of our future redemption, to be THE FIRST ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL TEMPLE MOUNT AWARENESS DAY. We have called upon all who wish to ascend the Mount, Jews and Gentiles, in accordance to Jewish law, to gather at the foot of the Mount this morning. The Israeli police have declared the Mount off limits on this day to all but Moslems, citing Arab threats to commit violence as a response to our desire to ascend the Mount to mark this holy day. The police are thereby by preventing us from fulfilling our commitment to G-d and Torah, and from exercising our inalienable rights as citizens of a democratic society.

Once again, following a decades-old pattern, the police have abandoned the task which has been entrusted to them to uphold, and rather than punish the inciters to violence, they have punished the intended victims of the calls to violence.

Nevertheless, the police cannot prevent us from performing the most important and essential task of petitioning the Prime Minister of the State of Israel, and demanding immediate change: Jews and Gentiles must be allowed to pray on the Temple Mount. Today is the day that together we can make our voice heard. Below are the telephone, fax and email contacts for the Prime Minister's office:

Following is a suggested text:

Dear Prime Minister Netanyahu,
I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the Temple Mount. As you know, the Temple Mount is the holiest site in the world for the Jewish people, yet the Muslim authorities, aided by Israel Police, systematically deny the right of religious expression on the Mount to all non-Moslems. On numerous occasions the High Court of Justice has upheld the Jewish people’s right to pray at the site, yet the police continue to prevent this. Furthermore, Jewish visitors are harassed and degraded. This discrimination is a grave trampling of civil rights. Israeli law is not recognized by the Wakf authorities; illegal digging has destroyed priceless historical remnants of Jerusalem’s Jewish history.
Please, end this travesty and allow Jewish freedom of expression at the Temple Mount. I urge you to include the Temple Mount in your “Heritage Plan” of sites significant to the Jewish people.
Sincerely,

Whether you copy and paste this message, or write your own message, please keep your words courteous, respectful and focused on one thing only:

GRANTING FREEDOM OF ACCESS AND FREEDOM OF WORSHIP ON THE MOUNT.

The Prime Minister's office will receive and be strengthened and encouraged by our thousands of messages. We are taking a stand for our futures and our children's futures and making a difference. Together we will perform the task which G-d bequeathed us when we left the Egyptian house of bondage and became free men and women forever.

The apostle Paul taught Gentiles to keep Passover - not Easter!

#155. To: bluewater boats (#25)

Gentile Christians have a different covenant with God

The apostle Paul instructed the Corinthian Gentile Christians to keep the Passover and the Days of Unleavened Bread.

"Your glorying is not good. Do you not know that a little leaven leavens the whole lump? Therefore purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, since you truly are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us. "Therefore let us keep the feast [of unleavened bread], not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth" (1 Corinthians 5:6-8).

Can you show me where Paul instructed the Jewish, Israelite or Gentile brethren to observe some "resurrection SUNday" or "Easter sunrise service" or color eggs and give "Easter bunnies" to their children and to make sure to eat plenty of unclean "Easter ham"?

How Satan makes such a fool of professing Christians every pagan holiday, who are engaged in spiritual adultery and stuck in the muck of Babylon! THINK about it, so help you God.

The early Church of God, converted Jews, Israelites and Gentiles, faithfully observed, in spirit and in truth, the Passover and Days of Unleavened Bread, as pioneers of the wonderful World Tomorrow, the Kingdom of God, where Christ will keep the PASSOVER - not pagan Easter!

Luke 22:14-16:
"When the hour had come, He sat down, and the twelve apostles with Him. Then He said to them, ‘With fervent desire I have desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer; for I say to you, I will no longer eat of it until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.'"

Neither the biblical festivals or law of God have been done away, as religious liars spew, but the whitewashed pagan holidays pretending to be Christian, that misrepresent Christ and Christianity, will soon be trashed.

Jeremiah 16
19 O LORD, my strength and my fortress,
My refuge in the day of affliction,
The Gentiles shall come to You
From the ends of the earth and say,
“ Surely our fathers have inherited lies,
Worthlessness and unprofitable things.”
