Gershon Salomon came from Jerusalem to what he said (with a smile) felt like "the ends of the Earth" - Hinton, West Virginia. It is beautifully described on Hinton's official website as a place, "Woven into the mountains of Appalachia, along the scenic New River in Southern West Virginia...."
The chairman of the Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful Movement spoke at The Ministry Place, Hinton, West Virginia last week, thanks to Sister Penny who (from what I understand) brought the Temple Mount Faithful to the attention of Pastor Robbie Rodes, having become aware of its biblical activities during her pilgrimage to Israel.

Gershon Salomon, who was privileged to help liberate the Temple Mount in Jerusalem (during the miraculous Six Day War in 1967), related to his American audience how our Great Creator God began a great mission with one man, a Gentile, Abram. However, this great mission didn't only include Abraham (as his name was later changed to by divine decree), but was meant to include his descendants through Isaac, and even included a special covenant with the land God promised for Abraham's descendants: the Promised Land of Israel.
Mr. Salomon related how the Prophets speak against those who would divide Israel's inheritance with others, citing, among other Scriptures:
Joel 3
1 For behold, in those days and at that time,
When I bring back the captives of Judah and Jerusalem [these days of the restoration of Jews to Israel],
2 I will also gather all nations,
And bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat;
And I will enter into judgment with them there
On account of My people, My heritage Israel,
Whom they have scattered among the nations;
They have also divided up My land...
and how he would love to speak with our American president and remind him of what the Bible says about the Promised Land of Israel and how it doesn't sanction forging "Palestine" on any dismembered parts of the Jewish Homeland, biblical territories God has given to the Jews, as recognized by Christian Zionists. He realizes that President Bush, like Israeli President Shimon Peres, wouldn't listen, but that they need to be told and warned anyway as a witness.

The most important part of the Promised Land of Israel is its eternal capital, Jerusalem. And the most holy part of Jerusalem is the Temple Mount. The Temple Mount is where Solomon and later Zerubbabel obeyed God and built Him a sanctuary, as Moses recorded the commandment to do so, that God's presence could dwell with them and later with all mankind.
Presently the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, Israel suffers under hostile Arab occupation, militant Muslim occupation, with foreign objects (mosques) that must be removed by the proper Israeli authorities in preparation for the Third Temple, referred to by the prophet Isaiah as a House of Prayer For All Peoples, is instrumental in the great mission our Great Creator God bestowed upon Abraham and his descendants, that the Torah, the Bible, can bless all nations from Zion, a light to all nations, from Jerusalem with love.

For Zion's sake,
1 comment:
Do you believe that all Palestinians should just get up and move to different countries?
What do you think about Palestinian Christians who want to remain living in Israel but face discrimination from the Israelis?
Both questions asked in sincerity.
