In regard to WWII, where you say "It was Christians who fought and won WWII," I tell you, overall, some 300,000 Jewish soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines died serving in the armies of the UN in World War II; and nearly 1,500,000 Jewish servicemen served in the armies of the United Nations. Large numbers of Jewish scientists played a decisive role in developing the atom bomb, thus saving millions of American and allied lives from dying in an invasion of Japan with the dropping of the bomb on Hiroshima. There were hundreds of Jewish generals and admirals in the various militarys.
I agree Roman Catholicism is responsible for murdering Jews throughout history, as well as persecuting and murdering Sabbath-keeping Christians who reject Rome for Jerusalem, and continue their insatiable appetite for blood with current collaboration with Jews and Israelis over Jerusalem's future.
I also agree that Jews fought and/or contributed to the defeat of the Nazis, but was making a point by generally speaking when I said Christians fought and won WWII, since Deborah Lipstadt and too many other Jews make generalizations against Christians (and I didn't even mention the documented facts of Jews in Hitler's army) - sort of "answering a fool according to his folly" and putting things in perspective.
I note you didn't acknowledge or deny Jews (again, generally speaking) have been guilty of rivers of professing Christian blood throughout history with their godless isms, their perverted messianic drives and purges that have polluted the world and cursed mankind.

Regarding the upcoming visit of the Pope During the Lag B’Omer season, Pope Benedict XVI is expected to visit the holy sites of his religion and to put forward a series of agreements between the Vatican and the State of Israel.
We would like to call your attention to the Sanhedrin’s stance on this subject. The State of Israel grants freedom of worship to every religion except the Jews on their most sanctified site, the Temple Mount: there, they are granted neither freedom of prayer nor minimal freedom of religion. The State of Israel thus contradicts the purpose for which it was established and undermines its own foundations.
In contrast the State of Israel makes special efforts to transfer its national, religious, and spiritual assets to the sons of strangers.
For many years negotiations and contacts to reach agreements have been conducted regarding what the Catholic Church sees as its property or desires for itself, whether within previous confines such as Mt. Zion or within the Old City, the Kinneret, and other places. Those who initiated the concept of the “Holy Basin” principally intend to remov exclusive Jewish sovereignty from the Temple Mount and the Old City and in effect, aim at the total removal of Jewish sovereignty.
We expect you to be particularly watchful regarding Jerusalem as Passover approaches “lest our right hand forget its skill”.
The government of Israel, as a Jewish government, must heighten awareness of the freedom of the Jewish people more than ever on the holiday of Passover.
The State of Israel is also subject to the deed of ownership – the Bible - according to which it claimed ownership of the land at its very establishment. Therefore the government must actualize Jewish sovereignty in Jerusalem, the city of God, the royal city, capital of Israel, heart of the world, and it must guarantee the right of worship and prayer of Jews on the Temple Mount and realize the obligation of Jews to bring the Passover sacrifice on the 14th of Nissan on the eve of Passover, this year and every year. The Passover sacrifice redeems Israel from spiritual excommunication and distinguishes between Israel and the nations [Ex. 12: 27,43], and it is a shield and protection against all of the unfounded demands of foreign nations to take possession of the land of Israel along with us [Ex. 13]
It should be noted that the third President of the State of Israel, the late Zalman Shazar, found the courage in 5723[1963] when Pope Pius IV visited Israel to read him the verse from the Prophet Micha, chapter 4: “For let all the peoples walk each one in the name of its god, but we will walk in the name of the LORD our God for ever and ever”. Israel’s Chief Rabbis at that time protected the honor of Israel and refused to meet the pope.
In 5760 [2000] Pope John Paul II visited Jerusalem. During his visits attempts were made by various agents to remove Israeli sovereignty from the Temple Mount, in an effort to demonstrate the sovereignty of a foreign rule and to allow the visit to take place without the presence of any representative of Israel on the holiest site of Judaism. These attempts failed because of vigorous public objections.
The Rabbi of the Holy Sites and of the Kotel, Rav Shmuel Rabinovitz, has demonstrated commendable behavior in refusing to stop Jewish prayer at the Kotel during the present Pope’s visit, which is scheduled for Lag B’Omer.
The speedy reconciliation with the Pope after a series of unfortunate statements that he made against us does no honor to the People of Israel. All of the political and Torah authorities must do whatever they can to prevent the signing or holding of any agreement that deviates from the spirit of this document and must express their disapproval at the Catholic Restorationist trends whose aim is to nullify the sovereign power of the State of Israel and the status of the Jewish People, the People of Israel in the Land of Israel, its holy land.
Please clarify your position to your people, to the State, and to the entire world. Show respect for the God of your forefathers, your city, and your nation and do not act grovel submissively before foreigners and disparage the stature of the people of Israel.
In these difficult days we face a danger from Iran and the entire region working together with the seventy nations of the world, pushing us to continue to retreat. This only diminishes Jews, the nation, and the State of Israel and does irreversible damage to our deterrent power. “Let all of the nations of the world see that My name is called upon you, and they shall fear you” .
Ever since the liberation of Jerusalem as a unified city by the Israeli Defense Forces in 5727 [1967] the nations and religions of the world have not reconciled themselves to the sovereignty and restoration of the Jewish people in their eternal capital where the Temple will eventually be rebuilt to serve the God of Israel, God of the world, and a king of Israel will again rule, a descendant of King David.
Especially ever since the Oslo Accords in 5753 [1993], the Vatican acting as a state with theological views, signed a series of secret documents1 with various agents in the State of Israel - behind the back of the citizens – These agents are totally devoid of any respect for the spiritual and diplomatic status of the Jewish people, and their main goal is to transfer Jewish national assets in Jerusalem to the hands of foreigners and to promote measures that will undermine the religious and political ownership of the People of Israel over their holy sites: first and foremost, the Temple Mount, the Kotel, and the entire Old City of Jerusalem, transferring them to the Vatican and international agents, which will inevitable seize them territorially from the State of Israel . Thus, too, is the plan for other sites in our holy land.
The Beit Din of the Sanhedrin declares that the representatives of the State of Israel may represent the Jewish People as long as they are acting as representatives of the Jewish People over history in accordance with its tradition and laws. Insofar as this is not the case, their representation is not legitimate.
These representatives, even if they are acting in the manner of the kings of Judah Hezekiah and Zedekiah who showed the treasures of the Holy Temple to the agents of foreign powers, are not authorized to transfer ownership or absolute tenancy to lands and buildings in the Land of Israel to any foreign religious or political agent.
Therefore all of the documents which were drawn up by such representatives with the Vatican as a theological and diplomatic agents in opposition to the spiritual essence of the People of Israel are void. All of the agreements with the Vatican which have been made or will be made in this spirit are null and void and the Vatican should not believe that they will retain them. The Vatican as the head of all Christian church is responsible for the legacy of Rome which occupied Jerusalem, dispossessed its Jews, and destroyed their land. All of the Christian churches currently standing in Jerusalem are the product of the destruction of the Jewish people, their dispossession and exile to the Christian exile which Christianity glorifies in as being everlasting. This is in addition to the priceless treasures, both material and spiritual, belonging to the Jews which lie in the cellars of the Vatican, and the countless synagogues all over the world which were confiscated by the Vatican and its representatives and never returned to their rightful owners. Anyone who negotiates and signs any agreement to change the status of the State of Israel in its holy sites in Jerusalem and the Land of Israel is raising his hand against the Torah, against his own faith, his people, his land, against his own homeland and against the home of his fathers.
There is a strict prohibition against approving any agreement that transfers state ownership to foreigners, and this has been set forth in the criminal code of the State of Israel.
Continuing to seek favor in the eyes of the Church by making illegal agreements might end, God forbid, in devastating religious wars all over the world. Signatories

Pope Benedictus XVI is scheduled to arrive in Israel six weeks from now, and concern is growing over possibly irreversible Israeli concessions to the Church.
For more than ten years, Israel and the Vatican have been negotiating a diplomatic agreement regarding their tax dispute over Catholic Church properties in Israel, as well as other issues over which they disagree. Though public details are sparse to nil, Foreign Ministry officials say major progress has been made – leading many to fear that the Church will be granted a political and religious foothold in the Holy Land.
Though Church officials hope the agreement will be completed before the Pope’s arrival in May, this is not certain. The Foreign Ministry’s Bahij Mansour, who heads its religious affairs section, said two weeks ago, "We are 85-90% there.”
Mansour also said that most issues still in dispute would be resolved in a meeting in April. Different reports say the meeting will take place either April 7 or April 23 - before and after Passover, respectively - and is to involve relatively high-level officials from both the Vatican and Israel’s Foreign Ministry.
The Sanhedrin, a body of 71 rabbis that is attempting to renew the ancient tradition of Judaism’s most authoritative court, has written a public letter to Israel’s leading officials, warning that any agreement regarding the transfer of national, historic, and/or religious Jewish assets to the Catholic Church will be null and void and will not be recognized by Jewish authorities.
Striving for Internationalized Jerusalem
In February 2000, the Vatican and the Palestinian Authority signed an agreement calling for an internationally guaranteed special status for Jerusalem. During his visit that year, Pope John Paul II announced in Bethlehem that the Vatican had always recognized “Palestinian national rights to a homeland.” Rabbi Shlomo Aviner, Dean of Yeshivat Ateret Cohanim, said at the time that the Pope's goal was simply to obtain a foothold in Jerusalem for the Church.
The Sanhedrin, which sees itself as a “vehicle to bring about Jewish unity and civil justice, to help repair some of the deepest rifts in our society, and to provide an active, exemplary and unified Torah leadership,” warns President Shimon Peres and incoming Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu against the Church’s religious agenda hiding behind diplomatic agreements.
The letter states as follows [subheadings: The State of Israel grants freedom of worship to every religion – except to Jews on their most sacred spot, the Temple Mount. They do not have the right to pray there, nor even minimal religious rights. The State thus contravenes the purpose for which it exists, and undermines its own foundations.
On the other hand, the State of Israel goes out of its way to transfer diplomatic, religious and spiritual assets to foreigners.
Over the course of many years, contacts have been underway and promises of various agreements have been made regarding what the Catholic Church sees as its property or wishes were its property, in Mt. Zion, the Old City of Jerusalem, the Sea of Galilee, and elsewhere. There are those who came up with the idea of the Holy Crescent [an area around the Old City to the north and east, newly known as the Holy Crescent - ed -- the main purpose of which is to rid the Temple Mount and the Old City of exclusive Jewish sovereignty.
The Goal: Sever Jerusalem from Jewish People
Ever since the Israeli army liberated the entire city of Jerusalem in 1967, the members of other faiths and nations have not accepted the Jewish People’s sovereignty and return to its eternal capital, the place in which its Temple for the G-d of Israel and G-d’s kingdom will be established. In recent years, the Vatican – acting on behalf of Catholic theology – signed a series of secret agreements, behind the public’s back, with various elements in the State of Israel, bereft of respect for the spiritual and political essence of the Jewish Nation. The essence of these agreements is the transfer of ownership over national Jewish property in Jerusalem to the hands of foreigners, and the instigation of processes to destabilize the Jewish People’s ownership over its sacred sites – primarily, the Temple Mount, the Western Wall, and the entire Old City of Jerusalem.
Giving these and other sites to the Vatican and international elements will lead to their detachment from the State’s territorial area.
The State of Israel is bound to the document of acquisition [known a the Bible, which was the basis for the Jewish People’s claim to its Land when it established the State of Israel. The State must therefore actualize Jewish sovereignty in Jerusalem, the City of G-d, the city of kingship, the capital of Israel, the heart of the world. It must guarantee the right of worship for Jews on the Temple Mount…
Standing Up For Israel's Honor
It should be noted that in 1964, when Pope Paul VI visited Israel, the third President of Israel, Mr. Zalman Shazar, read to him the verse in Micah stating that though other nations might follow other gods, “we will walk in the Name of our L-rd G-d forever.” The Chief Rabbis at the time similarly stood up for Israel’s honor by refusing to meet with him at all, after he refused to meet with them in their Jerusalem office. [During his visit, Paul VI did not acknowledge Israel’s existence or visit its key sites, did not mention its name, and refused to meet with the Chief Rabbi in Jerusalem. He later addressed a thank you note to the Israeli president, who lived in Jerusalem, by writing, “Mr. Salman Shazar of Tel Aviv.” - ed
Public Opposition Worked
In 2000, when Pope John Paul II visited Jerusalem, various elements tried to promote foreign sovereignty on the Temple Mount at the expense of Israel’s sovereignty there. They attempted to enable the visit to the Jews’ holiest site in the world without official Israeli presence - but public opposition thwarted these efforts.
All official and religious elements in Israel must prevent the signing of an agreement that deviates from the spirit of this document, and express their objections to the Catholic restorationist tendencies whose goal are the neutralization of Israel’s sovereign powers and the Jewish People’s status in its Holy Land, the Land of Israel.
We expect you to show maximum alertness to the matter of Jerusalem as the holiday of Passover approaches, so that our right hand not be forgotten… Please, clarify your positions to your countrymen and the entire world. Show honor to the G-d of your forefathers, your city, and your nation, without flattery to foreigners who wish to minimize our national image…
The Sanhedrin asserts that the representatives of the State of Israel can represent the Jewish Nation as long as they act in accordance with its traditions and laws – and are not authorized to transfer the ownership, or authority over, lands and properties in the Land of Israel to any foreign religious or political element.
Agreement Will Be Null and Void
Therefore, any agreements made by such representatives with the Vatican as a theological political body, in opposition to the spiritual essence of the Nation of Israel, have no validity. They are all null and void, the Vatican should not believe that property promised to them by these contracts will remain in its hands.
Churches in Israel - The Result of Forced Exile
It should be remembered that the Vatican, as the leading Christian Church, is responsible for the legacy of Rome – the conqueror of Jerusalem, the exiler of its Jews, the destroyer of its land. All the churches that exists today in the Land of Israel are the result of the Jewish destruction 1,900 years ago, the elimination of the Jews from their land, and the exile that Christianity wishes to boast will be eternal. This, in addition to the priceless material and spiritual treasures found in the basements of the Vatican [such as the utensils of the destroyed Holy Temple - ed, as well as the countless synagogues throughout the world that were confiscated by the Vatican and its representatives and not returned.
It is gravely forbidden to validate such agreements, as determined by the State’s criminal law code.
Warning: Religious War
Continued flattery to the Church on the basis of illegal agreements is liable to end, Heaven forbid, in destructive religious wars all over the globe.
Former Chief Rabbi Yisrael Meir Lau has said that Pope Pius XII refused several requests by then-Chief Rabbi Isaac Herzog to meet with him before and during the Holocaust to discuss how the Church could help save Jewish lives. After the war, too, Chief Rabbi Herzog asked for the Pope's assistance in locating Jewish orphans who were cared for by Catholic families, and again, the Pope refused.
"On the day of the first new moon, on the first of the month, you shall set up the Mishkan of the Tent of Meeting." (Exodus 40:2) Rosh Chodesh Nissan, 5769/March 26, 2009
On the first day of the month of Nissan, the Mishkan - Tabernacle - was consecrated and the Divine service initiated. On the first day of this very month, "the first of months" (Exodus 12:2), in which the children of Israel emerged as a free nation from Egyptian bondage just one year earlier, G-d presides over the completion of His creation as the Mishkan is established, creating a place for His presence to dwell in this world. The joy of the Holy One, blessed be He, is the supernal and sublime joy that permeates the entire month of Nissan, and reverberates throughout the created world. The cosmic symphony known as springtime - Aviv - is nature's paean to G-d's delight in the perfection of His creation. The salvation of His people from the degradation of Egypt in this month of Nissan, this month of nissim - miracles - is the ultimate expression of G-d's abiding sovereignty over the world that He created.
How appropriate that the new month of Nissan occurs this year between the Torah readings of Vayakhel-Pekudei, which concludes the book of Exodus, (in which the work on the Tabernacle is completed and the command to establish it on the first of Nissan is received), and the beginning of the book of Vayikra - Leviticus. Leviticus takes us to the very center, the very heart of the Divine service in the Tabernacle/Holy Temple. This, of course, is the avodah - the service of bringing offerings to the altar. Unfortunately translated into English as "sacrifice," the Hebrew word korban is a form of the root lekarev - to bring close. For this is the purpose of the Divine service in the Holy Temple - to draw man nearer to G-d.
In today's world, many disparage the nature of the Divine service: "Animal sacrifices? Isn't that a bit primitive, a bit pagan? Of what importance are these animal offerings to your G-d, Creator of the Universe, Sovereign of all creation?"
The animal offerings, the korbanot, are important to G-d, because they are important to us. G-d our creator knows the heart of His children. It is we, who having been bereft of the Holy Temple and the Divine service for two millennia, have grown distant from our own selves, our own hearts. The very first book of Torah that Jewish children are traditionally taught is the book of Leviticus. Their pure, guileless hearts instinctively accept and appreciate the Divine love which informs and permeates the service of the korbanot. It is we, older than the children, and more jaded by our sojourn through these modern times, who must strive to reconnect within the deepest depths of our beings, to the Divine love and intimacy of the service of the Holy Temple. Let's take a moment and picture ourselves in this place at this time: Rosh Chodesh Nissan, the beginning of months, (the beginning of time), and the completion and perfection of creation; the Holy Temple, the epicenter of G-d's perfected cosmos, where His eternal will is manifest. Where heaven meets earth, where man meets G-d. Where physical matter and spiritual hubris are immolated upon the altar, whose precise location, (the living heart of the Garden of Eden), is where it all began! A place and a time above space and time! The Divine exclamation mark that defines all creation!

Many contemporary rabbinic authorities permit entry to the outer areas of the Mount, which can be measured by a change in the kind of foundation stone. According to Jewish law, the sanctity of the Temple Mount is structured in concentric circles. In the innermost circles, where the Holy of Holies was said to be located, the restrictions of access are the greatest.
During Temple times, only the Kohen Hagadol, or High Priest, could enter the most restricted area, and this only once a year, on the fast day of Yom Kippur. The outer circles are less restricted.
Tendler, who is a professor and rabbi at Yeshiva University in New York, told WND the exact locations of the restricted areas are well-known. He asserted establishing proper Orthodox Jewish tours of the Temple Mount would help those who currently ascend the Mount from violating Jewish law.
"The rabbinic ban has not been working. We know how to visit the (mount) properly. As of now, secular tour guides take people where they should not to go; they have become a negative force. We need to correct this."
Most rabbis who ban Jewish visits justify their decrees by claiming Jewish ascent may violate the sanctity of the mount.
Tendler countered: "[Holiness] is not emphasized by not going into a place of [holiness], but by going into a place of [holiness] properly prepared.
"The idea of forbidding this area because it's an area of [holiness] is counter to what we know about man's relationship with [holiness]. … Holiness comes from man's behavior. The holiness of [the Temple Mount] comes from all the [holiness] of the [Jewish nation]." Tendler added, "If we come and pray here, we make the place holy."
In the 1970s, Israel's Chief Rabbinate ruled it was forbidden to enter any part of the mount. Followers of Rabbi Avraham Yitzhak Kook, one of the leaders of the religious Zionist movement, opposed the ban. The past few years, more and more rabbis have ruled visits to the mount are permitted.
Some have argued the rabbis who forbid Jewish entry to the Temple Mount may indirectly contribute to the current Islamic consolidation of the site. The lack of a large number of Jewish visitors is likely a major factor in Israeli government's restriction of Jewish ascent to the Mount.
Temple Mount: No pray zone
Israel recaptured the Temple Mount during the 1967 Six Day War. Currently under Israeli control, Jews and Christians are barred from praying on the Mount.
The Temple Mount was opened to the general public until September 2000, when the Palestinians started their intifada by throwing stones at Jewish worshippers after then-candidate for prime minister Ariel Sharon visited the area.
Following the onset of violence, the new Sharon government closed the Mount to non-Muslims, using checkpoints to control all pedestrian traffic for fear of further clashes with the Palestinians. The Temple Mount was reopened to non-Muslims in August 2003. It remains open, but only Sundays through Thursdays, 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., and not on any Christian, Jewish or Muslim holidays or other days considered "sensitive" by the Waqf.
During "open" days, Jews and Christian are allowed to ascend the Mount, usually through organized tours and only if they conform first to a strict set of guidelines, which includes demands that they not pray or bring any "holy objects" to the site. Visitors are banned from entering any of the mosques without direct Waqf permission. Rules are enforced by Waqf agents, who watch tours closely and alert nearby Israeli police to any breaking of their guidelines.
During Tendler's visit to the mount, he can be heard in the video complaining about the Israeli rules.
"I'm little bit annoyed at the instructions that we get," he quipped, "as if we were aliens and have to be told how to behave on [the Temple Mount]."
Muslim holy site?
King Solomon built the First Temple in the 10th century B.C. The Babylonians destroyed it in 586 B.C. The Jews built the Second Temple in 515 B.C. after Jerusalem was freed from Babylonian captivity. The Romans destroyed the Second Temple in A.D. 70.
The First Temple stood for about 400 years, the second for almost 600. Both Temples served as the center of religious worship for the whole Jewish nation. All Jewish holidays centered on worship at the Temple – the central location for the offering of sacrifices and the main gathering place for the Jewish people.
According to the Talmud, God created the world from the foundation stone of the Temple Mount.
The site is believed to be the biblical Mount Moriah, where Abraham fulfilled God's test of faith by demonstrating his willingness to sacrifice his son Isaac.
Jewish tradition also holds that Mashiach – literally "the anointed one," the Jewish Messiah – will come and rebuild the third and final temple on the Mount in Jerusalem and bring redemption to the entire world.
The Western Wall, called the Kotel in Hebrew, is the one part of the Temple Mount that survived the Roman destruction of the Second Temple and stands to this day in Jerusalem. The Temple Mount has remained a focal point for Jewish services for thousands of years. Prayers for a return to Jerusalem and the rebuilding of the Jewish Temple have been uttered three times daily by religious Jews since the destruction of the Second Temple. Throughout all the centuries of Jewish exile from their land, thorough documentation shows the Jews never gave up their hope of returning to Jerusalem and reestablishing their Temple. To this day Jews worldwide pray facing the Western Wall, while Muslims turn their backs away from the Temple Mount and pray toward Mecca.
Muslims constructed the al‐Aqsa Mosque around A.D. 709 to serve as a place of worship near a famous shrine, the gleaming Dome of the Rock, built by an Islamic caliph, or supreme ruler. About 100 years ago, Muslims began to associate al‐Aqsa in Jerusalem with the place Muhammad ascended to heaven. Islamic tradition states Muhammad took a journey in a single night from "a sacred mosque" – believed to be in Mecca in southern Saudi Arabia – to "the farthest mosque," and from a rock there ascended to heaven to receive revelations from Allah that became part of the Koran.
While Palestinians and many Muslim countries claim exclusivity over the Mount, and while their leaders strenuously deny the Jewish historic connection to the site, things weren't always this way. In fact, historically, Muslims never claimed the al‐Aqsa Mosque as their "third holiest site" and always recognized the existence of the Jewish Temples.
According to an Israeli attorney, Dr. Shmuel Berkovits, Islamic tradition mostly disregarded Jerusalem. He points out in his book "How Dreadful is this Place!" that Muhammad was said to loathe Jerusalem and what it stood for to the other monotheistic faiths.
Muhammad also made a point of eliminating pagan sites of worship and sanctifying only one place – the Kaaba in Mecca – to signify the unity of Allah. As late as the fourteenth century, Islamic scholar Taqi al‐Din Ibn Taymiyya, whose writings later influenced the ultraconservative Wahhabi movement in Arabia, ruled that sacred Islamic sites exist only on the Arabian Peninsula, and that "in Jerusalem, there is not a place one calls sacred, and the same holds true for the tombs of Hebron."
Not until the late nineteenth century – when Jews started immigrating to Palestine – did Muslim scholars claim that Muhammad tied his horse to the Western Wall and associate Muhammad's purported night journey with the Temple Mount.

A House of Prayer For All Peoples? Jewish guards prevent Christians and Jews from exercising their religious right to pray on the Temple Mount? That's right! Only Muslims have unlimited access to Judaism's most holy site. Only the Koran is permitted within. The Tanach (Jewish Scripture, known to much of the world as the "Old Testament") and Christian Scriptures (the New Testament) are forbidden. Yet Israel claims to respect the religious rights of all people.

Jews Must Demand Rights to Temple Mount During a 1995 Root and Branch lecture in Jerusalem, Professor Nahum Rakover, author and then Deputy Attorney General of Israel, publicly agreed with me that it isn't illegal for Christians or Jews to pray upon the Temple Mount, even though it is forcibly prevented by the police.
The Issue of the Temple Mount The common knowledge of our time is that the vast majority of Rabbis of this generation have prohibited the Jewish people from entering the Temple Mount (Har HaBayit), the holiest site in Judaism. The Temple Mount is the site of where the Beit HaMikdash (the Jewish Temple) once stood and the place where the Moslems have erected one mosque, the al-Aqsa and a site of pilgrimage, the Dome of the Rock.

Where's the Temple On the Temple Mount? Something's missing. Rome is synonymous with the Vatican, Mecca with the Kaaba, and Jerusalem's known for its Western Wall. But why should we stand before the wall, letting it obstruct our vision, when we could be praying in a Temple? Why should Jews continue to bow before an illegitimate Gentile decree that tells them where to pray? (Isaiah 10:1).
The Vatican Must Return the Temple Treasures The Jews have prayed for 2,000 years to again see the Temple upon the Temple Mount. It's past time for prayers alone: ACTION is necessary to put faith into practice!
G-d Doesn't Listen to Jewish Prayers at the Western Wall Gershon Salomon warned Israel and its leadership that as long as the shameful situation on the Temple Mount continues, and as long as they do not obey the call of G-d, peace will not come to the land. The enemies of Israel will continue to desire her land and will pressure those in power to divide it.
